Comments are back!

Hey folks, I just thought I’d make a boring blog-maintenance post to let you know that I turned comments back on this blog, with moderation.
I always wanted to have comments on all my blogs, but the spam I was getting was completely overwhelming. So I’ve fiddled around with a couple plugins and spam fixes and hopefully that will catch more of them. I actually LOVE getting comments whether they are in support or disagreement, but wading through 30+ spams on each blog I maintain was getting to be too much.
Anyway, of all the free blogs I have got going, this one is definitely the most conversational of them, so I figure this is the ideal spot to be my spam-removal techniques guinea pig.
BTW bloggers - check out this stats chart of the number of ‘real’ comments vs. the number of spam ones. Anyway, comment away, I’ll approve any real comments that aren’t totally offensive and defamatory. Camgirls, webgirls, and bloggers, feel free to post your link with your comments as well.
